It wasn’t intimidating at all. I felt like you were always trying to make me look the best as I possibly could. It wasn’t me floundering on my own. It was a partnership and a collaboration to get some amazing looking photos. So I thought, “I know that this photographer is on my side.”

I’ve been photographing teens and young people since 2011 — and as a mother of teens myself, I get what it’s like when they’re not exactly excited to be in front of a camera. I’ve learned that connection makes all the difference.
My goal is simple.
To help your teen feel relaxed and confident so we can create portraits that feel natural and true to who they are.

I'm different because I prioritise...
1. People Before Portraits
I specialize in photographing teens and young people — an age often overlooked in photography.
Building genuine connection is central to my process. I take time to get to know each teen so they feel comfortable and confident, and that connection leads to a more natural, collaborative experience. Together, we create portraits that feel real and true to who they are.
I work with natural light, taking sessions to you or to locations that matter to your teen.
The spaces we choose aren’t just beautiful — these are often significant places that shaped them.

2. Meaningful locations
Smartphones and digital cameras have made teens the most photographed generation ever — but often with the fewest prints. I love creating one-of-a-kind photo albums and prints.
Albums feature favorite images and answers from a casual teen interview, creating a keepsake that’s truly unique.

3. Tangible Memories
When Christine met our daughter on the day of the shoot, she had the perfect blend of interest, passion and relaxed ease which meant she harnessed an almost instant rapport; our daughter went from being so shy she couldn’t talk, to being more outgoing and willing to explore poses and just have fun with it.
She managed to capture our daughter's thoughtfulness, gentle kindness, and even a sense of 1920’s romance which epitomises our daughters appearance and temperament.
