Mother’s Day Mini-Sessions

I’m excited to announce the theme for this year’s Mother’s Day mini-sessions “The VISIBLE Mother” for Mother’s Day 2025.

Motherhood is an honourable though sometimes invisible job. All the details we keep track of to make sure the family runs well often go unnoticed, until we miss something (which I often do)… and then our kids let us hear about it!

In anticipation of Mother’s Day 2025, I’m offering the mother in your life to become VISIBLE  in a photograph alongside the people she loves most in the world.

How do I book?

“The Visible Mother” is this year’s theme for my Mother’s Day mini-photo sessions. Let’s celebrate the mother, grandmother, or mother figure in your life. Offered in several spots across the CBD and SE suburbs, a limited number of 20-minute photoshoots will open in April.  Backgrounds will range from parks to the city. These photoshoot are for mums and their kids, grandmothers and grand kids, basically any one with mum. 

Fathers are heartily welcomed in the fun as well. 

The photoshoots are $250 which include the 20 minute session, five digital images and one matted 8×12 inch print, ready to frame and be displayed at home. Option to purchase additional products will be available as well. Bookings limited and essential!

Sunday 6 April, 10:00 – noon: South Bank and surrounds
Wednesday 9 April, 10:00AM – 2:00PM: SE Suburbs, exact location TBD
Saturday 12 April, 3:00 – 6:00PM: Docklands and surrounds
Thursday 17 April, 4:00 – 6:00 PM: Jells Park, Glen Waverley

Based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, particularly in the communities of Ashwood, Ashburton, Blackburn, Burwood, Chadstone, Clayton, Forest Hill, Glen Iris, Glen Waverley, Hawthorn, Malvern, Mount Waverley, Nunawading, Ringwood, Wantirna, Wheelers Hill, and surrounding communities. Christine is a portrait photographer based in Melbourne, Australia with a gift for working with tween and teens. As a mother of three teens and a tween, she serves parents by providing natural, authentic and timeless portraits of their teens - an alternative to the fun but filtered selfies our teens are accustomed to on social media. Photoshoots are relaxed where Christine quickly builds a rapport with the teens and works with them to capture natural, posed, and un-posed candid shots that reflect who they are at this time in their life.
